Please read these official terms, pass guidelines, and venue guidelines carefully prior to reserving passes, making voluntary contributions, or attending the ceremony.

Valid Pass Required
Entry is permitted only to holders of a valid, original event pass. Each pass admits one person unless otherwise specified.
Non-Transferable
Passes are non-transferable and must not be resold or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
Entry & Seating
Entry will be subject to security checks and venue regulations. Seating, where applicable, will be on a first-come/allocated basis as specified by the organiser.
Late Entry
The organiser reserves the right to restrict or delay entry of latecomers for safety, security, or programme-related reasons.
Programme Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, artists, schedule, venue arrangements, or other event details without prior notice, where circumstances require.
Cancellation / Postponement
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, arrangements regarding event passes and rescheduled dates will be communicated by the organizing committee.
Admission Passes & Ticketing Policy
Admission to the 49th Kerala Film Critics Awards is governed by official entry passes (VIP, Platinum, Gold, Silver) issued via verified ticketing channels. Passes are valid exclusively for the designated ticket holder and event schedule.
Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, professional recording equipment, and any item prohibited by the venue or security personnel are not permitted.
Photography & Recording
Photography, videography, and audio/video recording may be restricted during the event. By attending, you consent to reasonable photography, filming, and recording for event documentation and promotional purposes.
Conduct
Attendees must maintain appropriate behaviour and comply with instructions from the organiser, venue staff, and security personnel. The organiser may remove anyone causing disturbance or violating event rules, without refund.
Alcohol & Drugs
Possession or consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Venue-specific restrictions relating to alcohol shall apply.
Children & Minors
Children/minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and are subject to the venue's applicable entry requirements.
Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser and venue shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Health & Safety
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk and must comply with all health, safety, emergency, and evacuation instructions.
Accessibility
Attendees requiring special assistance are requested to contact the organiser in advance, subject to venue facilities and availability.

Right of Admission
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission where necessary for security, safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Acceptance of Terms
Reservation, possession, or use of this entry pass constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the rules of the venue.
Organiser's Decision & Final Authority
Organiser's decision shall be final in all matters relating to the event.
